Hi, I’m Sohum — a final-year Computer Science Engineering student at PES University with a deep drive to build the future through Machine Learning and AI. From the beginning of my journey in tech, I’ve always been more interested in solving meaningful, real-world problems than just chasing buzzwords. My fascination with intelligent systems comes from a desire to create solutions that aren’t just smart — but genuinely impactful.
Over the years, I’ve moved beyond textbooks to get hands-on with ML projects — from building object detection systems to working on real-time predictive models and resource optimization tools. I don’t just want to be someone who implements existing models; I want to understand them, question them, and push their boundaries. Research is where I find myself most alive — diving deep into papers, experimenting, failing fast, and learning faster.
Looking ahead, I’m driven by the goal of becoming an ML Researcher/Engineer who not only builds innovative systems but contributes to the core evolution of AI itself. Whether it's through research labs, open-source contributions, or building scalable products — I’m here to leave my mark.
